The Sarasota County Neighborhood Environmental Team representative Mollie Holland met with residents who dropped by her booth in Forest Lakes on Saturday (8/28) to discuss the importance of maintaining our storm drains. The goal is to raise community awareness and to prevent pollutants from passing through our drains, and reaching sensitive Phillippi Creek.
Mollie provided storm drain markers—reminders to us all of the importance of clean water.
