We are an active neighborhood, and we are working hard to protect this unique area of south-central Sarasota.

We will be posting articles in the upcoming year sharing some of the historical elements of this special place: the residents whose names are associated with the streets we travel daily, and their places in our history.

Our annual membership begins at $100. While this is voluntary, adhering to the deed restrictions is mandatory.
 

As always, we do ask that once a property is sold in our area please post a sale-pending sign, sold sign or simply remove the sign.
